Our Impact

The evaluation component of our strategic planning process will ensure that strategic goals and objectives are aligned with the vision and mission and will not only propel the agency’s work but reflect the core values of the agency.

This evaluation work will continuously assess the output, outcomes and impact of work implemented through the functional areas of the organizational structure: health coordination; housing and peer development; wellness empowerment; prevention; advocacy, social enterprise and legal services.

Specific goals and objectives will be developed with measurable benchmarks that will increase the proportion of persons who have access to care, permanent housing, food and nutrition, holistic health and prevention services and whose lives are transformed in ways that will allow them to achieve their full potential.

Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the strategic plan implementation process will also involve tracking achievement of resource development goals.

This dynamic evaluation process will ensure that BOOM!Health is assessing its progress and makes the necessary timely adjustments to ensure that resources are prioritized to address the prevention and care needs of marginalized populations as intended by its strategic plan.
